Is this fully white-labelled?
No. The founding programme uses Verify Presence branding and excludes custom agency domains, fully rebranded dashboards and agency-branded email.
Can we use our own pricing?
Yes. The agency chooses its end-client price and may bundle Verify Presence with its own services. Verify Presence does not dictate the retail price.
Who owns the client workspace?
The client retains ownership or accountable authority. Agency access depends on active attributable membership and recorded client authority.
Can clients see the findings?
Clients retain visibility into their evidence where the product supports it. An agency relationship does not remove client control.
Can we manage several clients?
Yes. Named users can use organisation selection to move between the separate client workspaces they are authorised to access.
Can we add or remove clients?
Yes. Access is added only after client authority and removed when authority is revoked, without affecting unrelated clients.
Is there a five-client minimum?
Yes. The minimum is five active paid client workspaces, or £625 per month plus VAT.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Verify Presence does not guarantee a ranking, citation, recommendation, traffic, leads or revenue.
Can Verify Presence publish changes automatically?
No. Material public changes retain accountable human approval. Automatic publishing to every CMS is not included.
What happens if a client revokes access?
Agency access to that client must fail closed. Revocation does not permit access through a stale selection or agency-wide role.
Does the agency receive support?
Nominated agency users receive product support. The agency remains first-line contact for clients; no response or resolution time is promised.
Will custom branding be added later?
It may be considered after demand, workflow, security and support evidence exists. It is not included or promised.
What happens after the 12-month founding price?
The £125 founding price is held for 12 months from acceptance. An expected £135 standard wholesale rate is indicative, not a binding future price.
