Service terms
These plain-language terms describe the permanent no-card Free service and the live self-service Business subscription. An eligible organisation owner must accept the exact current Business terms at Stripe Checkout before any charge is created.

Who provides the service
Verify Presence is a service of STRIPOUT LONDON LTD, company number 13654607, registered at 30 Great North Road, Brookmans Park, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, AL9 6NF.
The service
Verify Presence records submitted information and evidence, diagnoses inaccurate or missing information, prepares approved corrections where supported, records customer decisions, and monitors measured change. The initial Free service uses structured information entered manually and does not include customer file uploads, external integrations or automated third-party data collection. Human review remains required for approved interventions and claims.
No guaranteed outcome
AI systems and third-party platforms change independently. We do not guarantee rankings, citations, recommendations, traffic, leads, revenue, sales, or any other commercial result. Measurements are dated evidence snapshots, not proof that an intervention caused a later difference.
Customer authority and accuracy
The customer must have authority over the business and connected publishing destinations. The customer is responsible for confirming that supplied evidence and approved public claims are accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading.
Approval and delivery
Routine monitoring, preparation and remeasurement may use product tooling or disclosed human assistance according to the current operational status. Material public changes require the configured approval unless the customer has explicitly authorised a narrower supported class in writing. An approval applies only to the exact displayed version.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used to impersonate others, fabricate evidence or reviews, publish unlawful or deceptive claims, probe systems without authority, or interfere with another customer or platform.
Payment and trust
Payment may change monitoring frequency, capacity, support, or managed work. It never buys verification, Atlas Eligibility, Dispatch priority, or a favourable recommendation result. Verify Presence is not human-identity verification or physical-presence verification and is distinct from Property Identity.
Free service changes and exit
The organisation owner may end the Free service through the explicit closure process. If Verify Presence withdraws the Free service, we will provide reasonable notice and, where practicable, at least 30 days. An authenticated organisation owner will have an export opportunity before ordinary closure. Closure does not override legal or dispute holds, unresolved processing, retained decision evidence or duplicate-prevention requirements.
Support and reliance
Support through hello@verifypresence.com is best efforts. We do not promise staffed hours, response times, outcomes or professional verification. Verify Presence records submitted information and evidence; it does not automatically certify identity, competence, compliance or every underlying claim.
Business subscription terms

The single self-service Business subscription is a B2B monthly rolling service at £195 per month plus VAT. It adds one assisted baseline, monthly comparable remeasurement, higher evidence and team capacity, alerts, exports and a prioritised best-efforts support queue. During controlled launch, the first baseline may combine product tooling with a disclosed human-assisted process; its sources, scope, dates and limitations remain visible.
Payment methods, VAT invoices and cancellation use Stripe Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and Business capability remains available until that recorded period end. Scheduling cancellation does not automatically refund or credit an amount already billed for the current period. Any refund or credit required by law or separately agreed by Stripout London Ltd is processed through Stripe and recorded on customer invoice or credit records. Failed payment may pause Business capability; permanent Free access and readable evidence history remain available, subject to the ordinary closure, retention and legal-hold controls.
The customer must accept this exact Business terms version before Checkout. Payment never buys verification, credibility, a favourable result or a guaranteed recommendation.
